As per Lal Kitab, this combination could act like the God of death or gem of the snake as per placement in a horoscope. If Saturn is snake, Rahu will act like the gem of the snake. If Saturn is God of death, Rahu will act like riding vehicle (elephant). Both jointly will act like (Ecchadhari) snake who rules over treasure or hoarded wealth. This snake will not be poisonous and no one will have capacity to kill it. It will die as per its own wish.
When Saturn + Rahu are placed in second house, it is auspicious.
When Saturn and Rahu are placed in 3rd house and aspect Moon placed in 11th house, native should perform Moon's remedy for mental peace. Put some rice in flowing water.
When Saturn + Rahu are placed in 9th house, native will be rich and will have big family. But if native drinks or keeps hookers at home, it will give highly inauspicious results.
When Saturn + Rahu are placed in 12th house, native is very clever and gets good results.
When Saturn + Rahu are ill placed, native will spoil his ancestral wealth or will destroy his relatives. He will suffer till 39 years. He will become poor and suffer from diseases.
If Rahu aspects Saturn, it is considered good but when Saturn aspects Rahu, it gives bad results.

Perform remedies for both the planets on Saturdays; at the time of Sun set before night and on Thursday evening (for Rahu) near Sun set time before night.
