3. Moon in 4H from KL aspected by Mars or Ketu. If both aspects, disease may be of severe nature
4. LL, Moon, Mercury in R/K axis
5. Saturn or Sun conjunct 6L in lagna
6. Mars as 6L in lagna
7. Mars in lagna, Sun in 8H & Saturn in 4H
8. Moon + Mars + Saturn conjunct in Mesha or Vrishabha
9. Moon in Mithuna, Karka or Meena  Navamsha aspected by Mars or Saturn or both
10. Malefic in watery signs
11.  Moon & Venus in watery signs under affliction
12. Jupiter in 6H & Moon in signs of Jupiter (19th or 22nd year)
13. Moon & Saturn in sixth house gives blood leprosy
14. Mars or Mercury is the lagna lord & conjunct Moon or Rahu or Saturn
15. Moon + Rahu in lagna gives white leprosy. Mars + Rahu in lagna give red leprosy. Saturn + Rahu in lagna gives black leprosy. (LL is not placed in lagna in these combinations)
16. Sun + Venus + Saturn conjunct
17. Saturn in 12H, Mars in 2H, Moon in lagna & Sun in 7H gives white leprosy
18. LL + Mercury conjunct, Mars + Moon conjunct, in R/K axis
19. LL in 8H conjunct or aspected by malefic gives white leprosy
