RESULTS OF SUN MAHA DASA & MERCURY ANTAR DASA

1. When Mercury is placed in exaltation, own rasi, kendra, trikona, 11H, strong in varga, it will give gain of position, great enthusiasm, happiness of spouse, son etc, gain of vehicle, clothing, ornaments through king, pilgrimage, cattle etc. If Mercury is conjunct 9L / 11L, it will give increased gains. If Mercury is placed in 9H / 5H / 10H it will give respect & honor, increase in auspicious deeds & spirituality, intellect, worshiping of Guru, wealth & assets, marraige, birth of son etc. 
2. When Mercury is placed in auspicious houses from MD lord with benefic, it will give extreme happiness, marriage, Yagya, charity, spirituality, recitation of mantra, creation of some poetry for appreciation of native, getting alias name due to fame, good food, clothing, ornaments, happiness & position like Lord Indra etc. 
3. If Mercury is placed in 6/8/12 from MD lord, debilitated, it will give physical distress, mental agony, distress to spouse & son etc. In the first part of dasa, it will give grief, in the middle little happiness & in last part, fear of wrath of ruler, unnecessary wandering etc. If Mercury is lord of 2H / 7H, it will give inertness of body, fever etc. As a remedy, recite Vishnu Sahasranaam, donation of grains / food, donation of silver deity idol to achieve  good health.
