General impact of Moon in 2nd house
- Venus is the lord of 2H & Jupiter is karaka. Moon is exalted in 2H
- Moon in 2H rules over self earned wealth
- Native may generally not have sisters but will have brother. If native does not have brother, his wife will have brother. Native will not be lone child of his parents or only brother of his sisters. Native will be wealthy, fond of horse riding, having happiness of parents & progeny etc. When Jupiter is well placed, native will have abundance of weapons during any war. - When 4H, 6H, 8H, 9H, 10H, 12H are not occupied by Rahu, Ketu or Saturn, native will have happiness of mother at least up to 48 years. But when these houses are occupied by the mentioned planets, mother's happiness will depend on Jupiter's good or bad placement in horoscope but for all other results, Moon will still remain auspicious & both Moon & Jupiter will give good results
- When Venus is well placed (lord of the 2H) , Moon will give full results of its exaltation. Native will be successful in love affair & will lead good life.
- Keeping bells (Mercury) at home will spoil good results of Moon & native may be devoid of progeny. Avoid similar to temple bells, gunghroo, any talisman, ash taken from any religious place etc.
- When Ketu is exalted in 12H, it will cause eclipse to Moon despite both are exalted. Native will get either of good education (Moon) or progeny (Ketu).

- When exalted Sun is placed in lagna, native may generally have short life up to 25 years. But if native does not have short life, native will suffer in 25/34 years due to poverty. Native may experience mentioned bad results for 50 years i.e. from 25 to 75 years of life
- When Saturn is placed in 10H, native will suffer in old age especially 75th year
- When Mercury is under aspect of Moon while placed in 6H, native will have weak eye sight & Saturn will also give inauspicious results
- When Jupiter is placed in 11H, native will suffer in old age especially 90th year
- When 9H, 10H, 12H has paapi greha, mother's longevity will be under threat in Saturn's age i.e. 36/18/9 years
- When 1H has inimical planets like Venus, Mercury, Rahu, Ketu & 1H, 2H, 7H, 11H are ill placed, all the planets will give bad results but their remedies will remove the evil effects.
- When Mercury is placed in 3H & Jupiter is placed in 9H, Moon will get support from Jupiter but to Mercury, native will have to face many hardships in life for progress in career. As a remedy, donate non stitched cloth (Moon) green cloth (Mercury) to girls under puberty (Mercury) for 40/43 days
- When Moon is awake, native & his in laws will be wealthy
