1. Moon is the lord as well as karaka of 4H. Jupiter exalts in 4H & Mars debilitates
2. Saturn in 4H is like snake living in water
3. There will be strong emotions in native regarding affection of parents & love affair. But he may fail in his love affair 
4. Native may be a doctor. Saturn of 4H has four aspects. Saturn will have capacity to even treat paralysis. Saturn related things / work will be auspicious as Saturn will help remove even poverty. When Mars is placed in 5H, there will at least one doctor in native's paternal family. Native with Saturn in 4H can not stay away from work related to doctor etc. Native will be doctor who will have expertise in treating poisonous animal bites. There will fear from water like drowning etc. Wealth & property may be destroyed. There will be unnecessary travel & loss of wealth. Divorcee or widow females or girl friend will be cause of sufferings & troubles.
