1) Make properties whenever you desire excepting when your spouse is pregnant
2) Avoid purchase of third property in your name
3) A stone like marble slab etc if found fixed at house since the time of birth of native; it should not be removed from house.
4) If Sun / Moon / Mars is placed in 3rd house and there is a dark room in the house especially in southern direction; never make arrangement for light in that room
5) If there are hairs at forehead or at feet, it will be inauspicious. Remove them
6) Do not keep unused door and especially doorpost at home and especially at roof top
7) Do not try to take revenge and also do not provoke your children to take revenge
