General impact of Mars in 4H
- Moon is the lord as well karaka of 4H. Jupiter exalts & Mars debilitates in 4H
- Mars will not be malefic i.e. Mangal Bd under following conditions : When two paapi are togetger like Rahu + Saturn or Saturn + Ketu. Second condition is when two inimical planets are conjunct like Mercury + Ketu etc. Third condition is when Moon or Venus either alone or with Mars placed in 3H / 4H / 8H. In this condition Moon or Venus may give good or bad results but they will not let Mars be malefic. Fourth condition is when Moon is ill placed placed in any house other than 1H / 4H / 7H / 10H.
